We have a responsibility to change and improve our environmental practices and policies. These responsibilities extend from the kitchens of our restaurants to the fields of our produce suppliers and beyond.

One of our current challenges is our need to better understand and measure our impact across all areas of the business. As a result, we're improving our data capture and our analysis of every aspect of our business.

our strategy

In the past few years we’ve been implementing a number of management initiatives to minimise our environmental impact.

We're currently working with sustainability experts to develop an environment strategy that will direct our actions from now until 2020.

This strategy and implementation plan will:

  • Facilitate the delivery of sustainable practices and reduce environmental impacts across our restaurants
  • Improve measurement and monitoring of key environmental performance indicators
