Q: How do I enter the draw for Free Coffee For A Year?

A: To enter, simply purchase x1 McCafé beverage via the MyMacca's app during the promotional period.

1. Download, install and launch the App on your compatible mobile device. The application is available free of charge and can be downloaded via the Apple App Store for Apple iPhone devices or via Google Play for Android devices;

2. Purchase an Eligible Product or Eligible Products via the App from a Participating Restaurant

3. You will automatically be entered into the Competition once your Eligible Transaction via the App is processed.

Q: How do I enter the 10K draw?

A: All Free coffee for year daily winners in their corresponding winning week will go into an additional draw to win the weekly 10K prize.

Q: How will I know if I am a 10K draw winner?

A: You will be notified via your nominated email address connected to the MyMacca's app.

Q: When is the promotion running?

A: The Win Free Coffee for a Year promotion runs from 12:01am AEDT on 03/04/2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 14/05/2024 .

Q: How will winners be notified?

A: Each winner will be notified via email within one {1) week of the relevant Promotional Stage draw. Entrants are responsible for having ongoing access to their nominated email.

Q: Can I enter the competition more than once?

A: Yes, of course! Customers will go in a separate draw for every day that they purchase a McCafé beverage. This is a game of chance. The more entries, the more chances of winning!

Q: Will redeeming a free coffee through my loyalty points earn me an entry into the promotion?

A: No, loyalty redemptions will not gain an entry. Coffee must be purchased using the free coffee reward from your My Rewards section will not provide an entry into the promotion. However, any of the other coffee related rewards you use from your My Rewards section will be eligible.

Q: I have won, how do I redeem my prize.

Redeem the offer by either applying it to your mobile order in the MyMacca's app, by scanning the QR code at Kiosk or telling a crew member your 4-digit code when you order. Redemption is limited to one {1) free McCafé beverage per day for 365 days. Prizes redeemed can be of any size {small, medium or large) and are limited to eligible McCafé beverages only. Any product variations or add-ons such as, but not limited to, other milk varieties, flavoured syrups or whipped cream will need to be paid for. Available for a limited time at participating McCafé restaurants. Parent/carer must be present for child under 15 to redeem.

Q: How will receive my 10K cash prize

A: The cash prize will be an electronic bank transfer to the account you nominate upon winning.
