9 December 2024: Attention players: Macca’s is about to immerse you in the thrilling and adrenaline-pumping world of SQUID GAME, with our next jaw-dropping meal – available only in Australia.
From Wednesday, 11 December, just in time for the viral series’ return later this month, the MACCA’S SQUID GAME MEAL AND CHALLENGE will drop nationwide and have you running into your local restaurant quicker than you can say “456” (IYKYK ).
Inspired by Netflix’s most popular show ever, the Macca’s Squid Game Meal includes: 10-piece Chicken McNuggets Medium or Large Meal, served with limited-time Korean BBQ Sauce, our World Famous Fries and a Drink.
The most exciting part?! It comes with a DALGONA CANDY. The infamous candy comes to Macca’s to test Aussie players, as part of the Macca’s Squid Game Challenge with four shapes set to have you in beads of sweat: circle , triangle , star and a never-before-seen Golden Arches ‘M’
Fans can now experience the thrill of the viral challenge IRL at Macca’s – without any consequences, of course. Test your skill level as you lick, bite and crack your way to glory, for the chance to win an exclusively made MACCA’S & SQUID GAME GREEN PLAYER TRACKSUIT.
For those with super steady hands, if you master the Macca’s ‘M’ shape you go into a draw to win ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
The meal will be served up in an adult-sized box emblazoned with Squid Game characters for the next four weeks, giving you just enough time to collect and master all four candy shapes.

How to play
The assignment is simple, carve out the symbol on the crispy honeycomb candy without breaking it in under 10 minutes and if successful you could win the exclusive Macca’s & Squid Game Green Player Tracksuit or an incredible $100,000.
Playing is easy. Head to the MyMacca’s App, select your shape, cut it out without breaking it, then scan your completed candy for a chance to win. One wrong move and you’re out, but don’t worry unlike the show, we show mercy. Not too scary, right?
