26 November 2024: It’s not summer without a Macca’s run and this year we’re turning the heat up with a juicy new tropical menu that will give you another reason to run to Macca’s – if you need one.

We have THREE NEW BURGERS and TWO NEW DESSERTS, plus a selection of RETURNING ICONS that are back on the scene to spoil Aussies across the summer months – okay, roll call:

Say hello the Cadbury Cherry Ripe McFlurry - a WORLD-FIRST COLLABORATION with an iconic Aussie chocolate bar that will be the literal cherry on top of your Macca’s summer run - available with your choice of creamy Vanilla or Chocolate Soft Serve.

A meal just isn’t complete without a tasty side of cheese… so our fan favourite Cheesy Jalapeno Pops are BACK by popular demand.

It’s island time

And for the Soft Serve super fans - we’re bringing back another tropical twist to your sunny summer days with the Pineapple Sundae - available with creamy Vanilla or Chocolate Soft Serve. If that’s not what summer dreams are made of, we don’t know what is.

Cool down with some ice, ice, ice baby

Let’s cool you down with one SPECIAL LIMITED-EDITION FLAVOUR up for grabs. Taste the new Frozen Coke OREO Zero Sugar with its fizzy cookie flavour – exclusive to Macca’s, available at participating restaurants.

This summer, we’re celebrating all the reasons to go on a Macca’s run, because the truth is - you never run out of reasons. New research1 revealed that three in four Aussies (74%) look forward to their first Macca’s of the summer and nearly four in five (78%) think a summer Macca’s run is a feel-good experience. The truth is you can’t spell summer without a Golden Arches M, so what are we waiting for… Macca’s run?

Research

¹Research was commissioned by McDonald’s Australia and conducted online during November 2024 by Decibel Research, an independent market research services provider. The sample comprised of a nationally representative sample of 1,000 Australians, aged 18 years+. Decibel designed the questionnaire. Following the completion of interviewing, the data was weighted by age, gender and region to reflect the latest Australian Bureau of Statistics population estimates.
