What to do if my email domain is no longer available

You might be facing a situation where your email address is no longer active, valid, or accessible due to various reasons. Alternatively, you might find yourself locked out of your email account, resulting in a loss of access. What Does This Mean for Me?

If your email address is no longer valid, you will lose access to the exclusive benefits you've been enjoying from Macca’s®. These benefits include but not limited to:

  • Participating in MyMacca’s® by:
    • Placing orders through the MyMacca’s App
    • Earning points on your spending, including McDelivery® orders via the MyMacca’s app
    • Redeeming rewards, including birthday rewards
    • Unlocking bonus point offers
    • Accessing exclusive weekly deals, personalised deals
    • Taking part in Macca’s competitions. 
  • Having access to communications, notifications, and important updates to stay informed about Macca’s.

 

Promotions & Competitions

If you have participated and won prizes in promotions such as Monopoly or Win Free Coffee for a Year, it's crucial to note that we will not be able to contact you for your prize if your email address is not active. An active email address is necessary to participate in such competitions and claim your prizes.

 

What Happens to My Existing Points, Rewards, and Deals?

Any points, deals, or rewards you have earned or accrued will unfortunately be lost and cannot be recovered. To avoid losing out, we recommend utilising any rewards, deals, and offers associated with your account before it becomes inactive.

What Do I Need to Do?
