  • How do I sign in to mymacca’s?

    You’ll need your email and password to sign in to mymacca’s. Simply click 'sign in' and enter your personal details. If you don’t have a mymacca’s account, click here to sign up now.

  • How do I sign up to mymacca’s?

    To sign up for a mymacca’s account, simply click on ‘sign up’ or just click here. You’ll need to enter your name, a valid email, postcode and password (your password must be 4-10 digits, symbols are not accepted e.g. !, @, #). During sign up, you can choose to receive news and offers, enter a nickname or have SMS notifications and/or offers sent to your mobile.

    Please note, to sign up for mymacca’s you must be over 18 years of age or over 14 with consent of a parent or guardian and accept the terms of the mymacca’s club. Once you have completed the sign up process your account will be active and you’re ready to sign in using your new mymacca’s account details.

  • What happens if I forget my password?

    Not to worry, you can still access your mymacca’s account. Click here and follow the prompts to reset your mymacca’s password.

  • Can I change my email?

    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to change your mymacca’s email. However, you can sign up again using your new email by clicking here.

  • How do I update my personal details?

    Once you’ve signed into your mymacca’s account, click on ‘edit profile’ in the profile section of the menu or click here.

  • How do I keep up-to-date with McDonald’s?

    When you sign up, simply ensure that you’ve ticked the appropriate box to receive information, promotions and current offers. You can also sign up for notifications in the ‘edit profile’ section by ticking the box marked ‘I agree to receiving information, promotions and offers from McDonald’s, including electronically’.

  • How do I unsubscribe?

    You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the footer of all McDonald’s emails or by visiting the edit profile section and un-ticking the box marked ‘I agree to receiving information, promotions and offers from McDonald’s, including electronically.’

    Just remember, you may be missing out on awesome offers if we’re not able to contact you.

  • How do I receive offers through mymacca’s

    Simply download the mymacca’s mobile ordering app from your relevant app store, log in to the app using your mymacca’s username and password and be the first to receive exclusive offers and try new menu items.

  • How do I redeem mymacca’s offers?

    Ensure you have downloaded the mymacca’s app and logged in using your mymacca’s account details. Using your app, simply apply the offer to your mobile order, or you can also scan your offer at front counter, kiosk and drive thru at participating restaurants. For further help, check out the offers tutorial in the Main Menu section of the mymacca’s mobie ordering app.

  • What if my offer code won’t scan when I am in the restaurant?

    You can manually input your Offer Code into the Kiosk or ask a staff member to manually input your Offer Code at the Front Counter and Drive Thru.

  • How long do I have to redeem my Offer? Will it expire?

    All Offers are individually labeled with an expiry date. (For example: "Offer valid 08/08/2020 – 09/09/2020 at participating restaurants”)

  • Can I run the App on a tablet?

    Please note that this App is designed to be used on smartphones only.

  • Can I use the App without a data connection?

    This App does require a data connection and can not be used offline. 

  • Will I still have the chance to redeem if I sign out of the mymacca’s account?

    You must be signed into mymacca’s™ in order to redeem an Offer.

  • I have more than one Offer. Can I redeem more than one Offer at the same time?

    You may only redeem one Offer per transaction.

  • I accidentally hit the “REDEEM NOW” button and received the QR code, but I didn’t end up redeeming the Offer. Will the Offer disappear?

    That’s ok! If you haven’t redeemed the Offer in restaurant, it will still be valid. For further help, check out the Offers Tutorial in the Main Menu section of the App.

  • I cannot find the answer in this FAQ?
